It is a specialty, some would say too narrow. We disagree. We believe that the desire to own primary or second homes in vacation destinations remains an integral part of the American dream, and it is just a matter of time before that dream again becomes reality for many.

The prevailing economic, demographic and lifestyle trends signal a rebirth of the second home and retirement home markets in the not-too-distant future. Unemployment among our target audience is a mere 3%. Investment portfolios have regained a significant portion of their value, enough to create a backlog of pent-up discretionary spending. Baby boomers are seeking a less complex, less stressful, and more active lifestyle in retirement living. Gen X'ers will back-fill the demand for second homes of all types.

When this will happen we cannot predict with pinpoint accuracy. However we can't think of a better time to be in this business, because the future of the business is bright.
