We develop the appropriate level of services and amenities. And, in the instance of shared ownership, we provide seasoned counsel on share size, use plans and exchange services.


Beginning with a detailed marketing plan and budget, we create and produce all the necessary materials and initiatives required to deliver interested, incoming inquiries to the sales team. This includes the full complement of sales materials, new media and traditional lead generation, website production, and a variety of specialty and referral programs.


We recruit and train the most effective sales teams in the business. We provide hands-on sales management with daily contact, regularly scheduled site visits and 24/7 access. We provide sales representatives with a tool box full of proof statements to support the relationship sales process. We establish and monitor a strategically tiered pricing and release structure. And, we track the progress of every prospect with a sophisticated CRM system.


No, we are not a bank. We do, however, take our fiscal responsibilities very seriously in developing pro forma budgets, tasks-by-task cost estimates, timely and documented billing, and fully-transparent reporting.
