During the Summer and Fall of 2010 Kelsey & Norden conducted - and tabulated 6,251 responses to - an extensive survey of resort property owners and prospective buyers. The findings were reported at the Fall meeting of the Urban Land Institute in Washington D.C. In our opinion the survey results are insightful, surprisingly optimistic, and clearly indicate that the desire for second home ownership is on the upswing.
