During January and February 2011, Ragatz Associates conducted a telephone and email survey among 104 fractional ownership and private residence club projects currently in active sales in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Mexico. While sales performance experienced the expected decline because of the overall economy, a clear sense of optimism prevailed as product and pricing adjustments are made in answer to the needs of the new consumer.
